WebDirectories is a system which allows you to have an easily updateable website based on a full Content Management System (CMS) which includes a sophisticated search directory.

WebDirectories are available on a perpetual license basis, which basically means you can use the website for your organisation for a more affordable amount than getting a website designed from scratch. You can take advantage of our years of experience and efforts that have gone into the product development.

WebDirectories are based on one main design that is adapted to your area of interest or can be customised with a unique design of your choice taking into consideration the content. You can provide graphics or we can organise a graphics for you.

Once we set up your basic website foundation you are able to input your content and upload your images with a "click of a button" style easy to use Administration Centre. Any person with basic internet knowledge and image resizing ability can update the website from any computer with internet access.

WebDirectories comes with a complete CMS website that allows 100% of your content to be updated. When you see how easy it is to update your site and how flexible the options are, you will actually enjoy the task of creating / updating your website.

We have one main design available with the option of a left hand side bar. You are also able to request changes and a more custom design for an additional fee.

The Cost

Fees and Payment Terms
All prices are exclusive of GST.

1. Initial License Fee
$6,500 for WebDirectory with CMS website single perpetual license.
This Initial License fee is payable up front with an invoice being issued once the Sign Up form is received.

2. Set Up and integration
$1,800 set up and integration using your chosen domain.
This Set Up Fee is payable once the WebDirectory with CMS website is set up on our servers using your domain.

3. Optional CSS Design
$2,200 CSS Design based on layered graphics provided by designer.
This fee is optional and will depend on whether you use the standard design already available or your own custom option. This fee will be payable once the CSS is complete for the WebDirectory with CMS website.

4. Project Management
$1,200 being 10 hours at $120 per hour for organising, testing and coordinating the WebDirectory development. This fee is payable once the WebDirectory with CMS website is set up on our servers using your domain.

5. Monthly Service Fee
$100 per month for phone or email support and potential product development. This fee will be invoiced at the beginning of each month. This fee can be paid annually which will result in a discount of 1 month. That is, you will pay for 11 months instead of 12 if you choose to pay annually.

6. Web Hosting Fees
$495 annual hosting
Organisations are allocated 1GB of web space including unlimited emails and 10GB of data transfer per month. Excess space or data transfer may incur a fee.
This fee is initially payable up front and will be invoiced upon receipt of the Sign Up form. Future invoices will be sent each year on the anniversary date of the completion and submission of the Sign Up form.

7. Custom Coding
$120.00 per hour for custom coding.

8. Other Third Party Costs
Set up of Merchant Account and Third Party Payment Gateway with Secure Pay (Direct One).
